Lead Clinician - Complex Needs Specialist

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Clinician - Complex Needs Specialist to join our clinical team at Belmont Secondary School. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the onsite clinical team and managing a therapy caseload.

This position requires an individual with a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. You should also have valid and up-to-date professional Registration & membership of a professional body (e.g., HCPC, RCOT, RCSLT). Experience working within specialist client groups, particularly with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the onsite clinical team
  2. Manage a therapy caseload
  3. Develop and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need

An estimated annual salary of £58,500 reflects the importance of this role in supporting our pupils and young people.
