We are seeking a Senior Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Specialist to implement our model of PBS service delivery and lead a team of practitioners in ensuring efficient, integrated support for students with complex behavioural needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing impactful specialist behavioural assessment and interventions, building positive relationships with children, professionals, and parents/carers, and being open to developing methods of practice in line with best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Liaise with parents/carers to provide support and guidance">
  • Train and motivate staff teams, parents, and other professionals">
  • Undertake and review risk assessments and produce corresponding PBS plans">
  • Contribute to efficient, integrated support by working closely with other professionals">
  • Develop methods of practice in line with best practice">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Board certified behavioural analyst qualification or Masters level training in Positive Behavioural Support">
  • Experience in implementing specialist behavioural assessment and interventions">
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships">
  • Flexibility in developing methods of practice">

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
