Autism Specialist Therapist

I am seeking a highly skilled Autism Specialist Therapist to join my team at Neurodivergent Practitioners in London.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and be able to adapt their approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus benefits. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering person-centred therapy and making a positive impact on the lives of young adults in London.
About the Job:
- Work with young adults aged 18-25 who are on the autism spectrum;
- Develop and deliver personalized therapy plans to address specific challenges and goals;
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues;
- Participate in regular supervision and peer support to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate diploma or degree in counselling or psychotherapy;
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with autism spectrum disorder;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
