At The Child and Family Connection, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Autism Specialist Therapist to join our team in Dagenham.

Job Summary:

  • We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • This role is perfect for a skilled Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students aged 4-19 with speech and language needs.

About the Role:

  • You will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy interventions for students with communication challenges.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans to support learning and social development.
  • Collaborate with staff and parents to create a holistic support system.
  • Train school staff on speech and language strategies for classroom integration.
  • Monitor progress and adapt interventions to optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with communication difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
