About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team at Xclusive Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the distribution sector and a strong understanding of the parcel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to secure new business
  • Manage a territory effectively to maximize sales potential

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in business-to-business parcels or mail sales
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role
  • Strong understanding of the parcel industry and logistics solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £35-£38k
  • OTE of £60+ with car/car allowance
