Global Sales Manager

The Global Sales Manager role at Ingram Content Group is a highly sought-after opportunity for experienced sales professionals seeking to excel in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry. This position involves managing a portfolio of existing global key strategic accounts to maximize their value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans to approach, secure, and close new print-on-demand business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with key accounts, ensuring timely completion of deals in accordance with the Deal Forms process.
- Collaborate with the global Lightning Source teams to maximize global print-on-demand opportunities and deliver channel-specific analysis to enhance print-on-demand solution selling.
- Work closely with marketing and other teams to create campaigns and materials that support lead generation and conversion, as well as business growth with existing accounts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience or book/publishing experience.
- A proven track record in sales roles, including conducting field visits with customers.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and develop constructive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in using CRM for sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
