Global Sales Network Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to new heights in the aviation industry?
We are working with Austin Fraser, a leading recruitment agency, to find a Business Development Manager who will oversee the growth and management of their global distributor network.
As a key member of the Sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strategizing and executing plans to expand the distributor network
- Attending international industry events to foster relationships and drive business growth
- Maintaining strong partnerships with distributors and suppliers
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to achieve commercial objectives
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with:
- A proven track record of selling finished mechanical/electrical goods via distribution networks
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in ERP/CRM systems
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- An ability to travel internationally for business purposes
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aviation industry and a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
