We are working with Austin Fraser, a leading recruitment agency, to find a Business Development Manager who will oversee the growth and management of their global distributor network.

As a key member of the Sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategizing and executing plans to expand the distributor network
  • Attending international industry events to foster relationships and drive business growth
  • Maintaining strong partnerships with distributors and suppliers
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to achieve commercial objectives

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with:

  • A proven track record of selling finished mechanical/electrical goods via distribution networks
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in ERP/CRM systems
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • An ability to travel internationally for business purposes

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aviation industry and a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
