Job Title: Network Rail Support Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Support Analyst to join our team at Network Rail. The successful candidate will provide support for information management, tenant billing, and utility off-charging, as well as resolving customer queries and uploading data and documents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for information management, tenant billing, and utility off-charging.
  • Resolve customer queries, both internal and external to Network Rail.
  • Upload data and documents and make changes to the Energy Link database.
  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and report energy usage.
  • Support process development and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Milton Keynes, GB. Must live within 75 minutes of The Quadrant in Milton Keynes.

Salary: £26,000 per annum pro rata.
