International Sales Director

Drive company expansion through strategic sales initiatives in key markets, including the UK, Australia, and joint ventures in France and the UAE. Develop and execute global growth strategies to meet revenue targets for Ingram Content Group.
Lead the management of the Lightning Source global print and distribution network through the Global Connect Program, identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement. Build key partnerships and develop new business initiatives to increase revenue.
Develop and implement international sales strategies to promote publisher content in various formats, including print and digital applications. Collaborate closely with colleagues to enhance channel development and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Sales Strategy: Develop and execute international sales plans aligned with the company's objectives to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Program Management: Manage the strategic direction for the Global Connect program, ensuring it meets sales goals and client expectations.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and develop sales and pricing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead key stakeholders across the company to achieve executed business plans, manage sales teams, and foster a culture of sales excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Publisher Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners, publisher clients, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Sales Performance: Manage sales budgets/forecasts to achieve strategic goals and deliver results for ICG in international markets.
About This Role
- We are offering a competitive salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per year.
- This role offers a generous holiday package plus Bank Holidays.
