**The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Premium Sales Director to lead our team in Milton Keynes. Key responsibilities include:
- Maximising sales revenue through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives
- Managing and motivating the performance of the store team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to drive results and improve performance
**Salary:** £38,042 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package
