We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our diverse and friendly team. This role involves building relationships with existing customers while sourcing new ones in your sales territory. You'll excel at identifying opportunities and maximizing sales of capital equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Komatsu brand and sell capital equipment in your designated territory
- Maximize profit potential on each sale
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Provide necessary information to facilitate order processing and machine delivery
- Carry out new machine demonstrations according to company procedure
- Complete accurate and timely sales-related documents
- Utilize and maintain CRM system for call planning, sales opportunities, market intelligence, competitive activity, and forecasting
- Maintain close liaison with customers and other departments for exemplary customer service
