Global Business Development Manager

As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in achieving our mission by driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in Europe or the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin, and payment collections are achieved.
- DEVELOP NEW KEY CLIENTS AND FOSTER STRONG RELATIONSHIPS (EU OR UK REGION) TO MAXIMIZE SOLUTION SALES AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. ATTEND EXHIBITIONS, TRADE SHOWS, ORGANIZE LOCALISED MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO CREATE LEADS.
- LEAD THE ENGAGEMENT OF EXISTING AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS (OWNERS, PARTNERS, BANKS, GOVERNMENT BODIES, ETC.) TO WIN NEW BUSINESS, AND GROW EXISTING CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS.
- Provide continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise to the business.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection, and expense reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably within a global company.
- Additional experience in the digital payment industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in POS/payment terminals and a deep understanding of the payment facilitator model.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global and culturally diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, coupled with commercial acumen.
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
