Senior Business Development Manager

This exciting opportunity calls for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and technical problem-solving. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business through your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and ability to design and implement effective project plans. Key performance indicators will include meeting or exceeding quarterly targets, developing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Exceed performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain long-term business partnerships
- Strategically develop business growth opportunities
- Deliver tailored project solutions to clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project updates
- Ensure seamless project coordination and delivery
- Supervise junior team members and provide guidance as needed
- Monitor project finances and make informed decisions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Highly relevant academic qualifications (Degree, BSc, MSc)
- Demonstrated understanding of the UK's subsidence issues
- Strong sales background in the construction sector
- Fluent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of virtual technology platforms
- Full driving license valid for at least two years
