c£75,000 plus 30% bonus and LTIP per annum



Job Description:
To ensure Group alignment, we are seeking a Group Senior Business Manager who will operate at the very heart of our commercial operations. This is a high-profile opportunity that requires exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the commercial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  3. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A degree in a relevant field and significant experience in a senior commercial role are essential.

Benefits:
