About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our Global Wholesale team at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business change and transformation across our Wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements for change initiatives, ensuring a deep understanding of our Wholesale operations and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Requirements Validation: Validate requirements pre-project to ensure alignment with business objectives and feasibility.
  • Functional and Non-Functional Requirements: Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, using use cases to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document process/workflows and results of business analysis, obtaining sign-off on specifications from stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across Wholesale Globally, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance Wholesale operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply solid commercial judgment in your area of expertise.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and influence key decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship building and development skills, with the ability to engage and lead by example.
  • Business Analysis and Delivery: Strong business analysis and delivery skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
