About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our Global Wholesale team at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business change and transformation across our Wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements for change initiatives, validate requirements, and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Requirements Validation: Ensure that business requirements are accurate and complete, and that they align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and document processes and workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, owners, and SMEs.
  • Project Support: Work closely with project managers and owners to ensure that requirements are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply solid commercial judgment in their area of expertise.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and influence key decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship building and development skills, with the ability to engage and lead by example.
  • Business Analysis: Strong business analysis and delivery skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
