About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Analyst to contribute to our dynamic Global Wholesale Team. This role is pivotal in driving our ambitious transformation agenda across Wholesale on a global scale. As a vital member of our organization, you will have the chance to engage in meaningful change initiatives that enhance our operations.

In this hands-on position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our wholesale strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive business analysis for the Global Bliss Wholesale change program, which involves:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements for various change initiatives.
  • Validating requirements prior to project initiation.
  • Translating business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Analyzing new product developments to identify business challenges and opportunities.
  • Facilitating sessions with subject matter experts to elicit detailed requirements.
  • Supporting the product pipeline by critically assessing existing processes and solutions.
  • Documenting workflows and results of business analysis, ensuring sign-off on specifications.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to align requirements with delivery plans.
  • Building strong professional relationships across the global Wholesale network.
  • Adhering to policy, audit, and legal standards, including health and safety regulations.
  • Contributing to the transformation of Wholesale into a unified global application while promoting continuous improvement.
