As a key member of our Global Wholesale Team, you will play a vital role in driving transformation and change initiatives across our wholesale operations. In this dynamic position, you will assist in shaping Travelex's wholesale strategy by providing comprehensive business analysis for the Global Bliss Wholesale change program. Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications, conducting feasibility assessments, and supporting project execution. This is a proactive role that requires a hands-on approach.
Your work will involve collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout the Travelex organization, focusing on Wholesale Trading.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and articulate business requirements for various change initiatives Validate requirements prior to project initiation Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications Analyze new product developments to identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement Facilitate sessions to gather requirements from subject matter experts across the organization Enhance the Wholesale product pipeline by evaluating and refining existing processes during the requirements gathering phase Document workflows and results of business analysis, securing approval on specifications Collaborate with Project Managers and Owners to align requirements with delivery timelines Foster professional relationships across the Global Wholesale landscape Adhere to policies, audits, and legal requirements, including Health & Safety and Data Protection regulations Contribute to the transformation of Wholesale into a unified global application, focusing on continuous improvement and quality standardsIdeal Candidate Profile:
