Overview of the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to contribute to our dynamic Global Wholesale Team. The role is pivotal in driving our ambitious transformation agenda across Wholesale on a global scale. You will have the chance to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and play a crucial part in implementing effective changes.

In this hands-on position, you will assist in shaping Travelex's wholesale strategy by providing comprehensive Business Analysis for the Global Bliss Wholesale change program. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, delivering functional specifications, conducting feasibility assessments, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, comprehend, and document business requirements for various change initiatives. Validate requirements prior to project initiation. Convert requirements into functional and non-functional specifications (utilizing use cases). Assist in analyzing new product developments, identifying business challenges, and exploring solutions. Facilitate brainstorming sessions to extract requirements from subject matter experts across internal teams. Support the Wholesale product pipeline by evaluating and enhancing existing processes during the requirements gathering phase. Analyze and document workflows and outcomes of business analysis, securing approval on specifications. Collaborate with Project Managers and Owners to align requirements with delivery plans. Cultivate strong professional relationships across the global Wholesale sector. Adhere to policy, audit, and legal standards, including Health & Safety and Data Protection regulations. Work collaboratively within the Wholesale product team to evolve Wholesale into a unified global application and to identify and implement continuous improvement and quality standards for change.
