About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Analyst to join our Global Wholesale team at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and delivering commercial change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Gather business requirements, deliver functional specifications, conduct feasibility studies, produce designs, models, and support project delivery.
  • Requirements Validation: Validate requirements pre-project and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Commercial Acumen: Apply solid commercial judgment to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Project Management: Work with project managers and owners to join up requirements and delivery plans.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply solid commercial judgment in their area of expertise.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship building and development skills (internal and external).
  • Business Analysis: Strong business analysis and business delivery skills.
  • Planning and Organisation: Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project stages.
