About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Transformation Specialist to join our Global Wholesale team at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business change and transformation across our Wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document business requirements for change initiatives, ensuring a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Validate requirements pre-project to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, using use cases to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Support analysis of new product developments, identifying business problems and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements from subject matter experts across the organization.
  • Support the Wholesale product pipeline by challenging existing processes and solutions through the requirements gathering phase.
  • Analyse and document process/workflows, obtaining sign-off on specifications from stakeholders.
  • Work with Project Managers and Owners to align requirements and delivery plans.
  • Develop strong professional relationships across Wholesale, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Comply with policy, audit, and legal requirements, including Health & Safety and the Data Protection Act.
  • Contribute to the transformation of Wholesale into a single global application, identifying and delivering continuous improvement and quality standards for change.
