We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Commercial Recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing notes and reports of ongoing claims and liaising with the Claims Team.
  • Executing the scanning function to transition the business from manual to electronic records.
  • Handling general inquiries, including providing guidance on the customer treatment pathway.
  • Maintaining internal databases and accurately recording all events, details, and actions in workplace systems.
  • Keeping client records up to date to support broader processes.
  • Providing general support with processing invoices and producing reports.
