We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Commercial Recruitment. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing notes and reports of ongoing claims and liaising with the Claims Team.
  • Executing the scanning function to transition the business from manual to electronic records.
  • Handling general inquiries, including providing guidance on the customer treatment pathway.
  • Maintaining internal databases and accurately recording all events, details, and actions in workplace systems.
  • Keeping client records up to date to support broader processes.
  • Providing general support with processing invoices and producing reports.
  • Managing your own workflow efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Understanding how the role's functions interlink with and benefit others.
  • Responding to and taking action on requests accurately and within the given timeframe.
  • Undertaking necessary training and staying current with knowledge.
  • Applying data protection measures effectively throughout the role.
  • Working efficiently as a member of the team.
