About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use our bespoke software and databases to accurately record customer information
  • Work within agreed customer service level agreements (SLAs) and personal key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with other teams across the business to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volume of customer calls
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in use of software packages
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment desirable
