Transforming Wholesale for a Global Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Transformation Specialist to join our Global Wholesale team at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business change and transformation across Wholesale Globally.

About the Role

  • Collect and document business requirements for change initiatives
  • Validate requirements pre-project
  • Translate requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Support analysis of new product developments and understand business problems and opportunities
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements from SMEs
  • Support the Wholesale product pipeline by enabling and challenging existing processes and solutions
  • Analyse and document process/workflows and results of business analysis
  • Work with Project Manager and Owners to join up requirements and delivery plans
  • Develop professional working relationships across Wholesale Globally
  • Comply with policy, audit, and legal requirements
  • Work as part of the Wholesale product team to transform Wholesale into a single global application
