Project Manager for Business Transformation Initiatives

We are seeking a Project Manager for Business Transformation Initiatives to become a vital part of our Business Transformation team.

Role Overview

  • Full-time position, 35 hours per week
  • Permanent employment

Key Responsibilities

This position will report directly to the Head of Business Transformation and will be tasked with overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and management of key projects within the organization.

As our Project Manager for Business Transformation Initiatives, you will collaborate closely with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are completed within the established timelines and budget constraints, adhering to agreed-upon governance standards while achieving set objectives. Additionally, you will mentor colleagues involved in project delivery, ensuring that your contributions align with the overall success of our transformational efforts.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is £50,000 per annum for candidates who meet all the qualifications. Those who do not meet every requirement may start at a reduced salary of 5% or 10% below the base rate.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within a regulated environment, ideally in the housing or real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., AgilePM, APM PMQ, Scaled Agile) and their governing principles.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and fostering collaborative relationships, with strong influencing skills to secure buy-in from challenging stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing change management strategies, including delivering training, promoting adoption, and successfully closing out projects.

Location Requirements

Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our office. We promote agile working and encourage remote work arrangements as long as customer needs are met.
