About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Project Manager to join our Business Transformation team in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of priority projects within the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects in a regulated environment.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Coach and support colleagues in delivering projects and ensure project outputs contribute to the overall success of our transformational initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project managing large-scale projects in a regulated environment, preferably in the housing or real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of using different project management methodologies, such as AgilePM, APM PMQ, and Scaled Agile.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, building collaborative relationships, and influencing skills to gain buy-in from challenging stakeholders.
- Proven experience in implementing change management, including delivering training, driving adoption, and closing out projects.
