Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Risk-Based Audit Plans
Contribute to the development of our risk-based internal audit plan, identifying areas of high risk and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Deliver High-Quality Audit AssignmentsDeliver audit assignments that provide insightful assessments of the effectiveness of our controls, identifying areas for improvement and recommending relevant audit responses.
Ensure Audit Quality and ComplianceEnsure that all audits are delivered in line with agreed timescales and budgets, and that our audit processes are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead and Develop Audit Team MembersSupport and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements- Certified Internal Auditor or Qualified Accountant
We are looking for a certified internal auditor or a qualified accountant with a strong background in risk management and governance.
Business Change and Transformation ExperiencePrevious experience of business change and transformation programs is highly desirable, as is a sound understanding of IIA Professional Practices Framework.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver audit assignments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
