We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Transformation Specialist to join our Global Wholesale team at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business change and transformation across our Wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document business requirements for change initiatives
- Validate requirements pre-project
- Translate requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
- Support analysis of new product developments and understand business problems and opportunities
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements from stakeholders
- Support the Wholesale product pipeline by enabling and challenging existing processes and solutions
- Analyse and document process/workflows and results of business analysis
- Work with Project Managers and Owners to join up requirements and delivery plans
- Develop professional working relationships across Wholesale Globally
- Comply with policy, audit, and legal requirements
- Work as part of the Wholesale product team to transform Wholesale into a single global application
Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply solid commercial judgment
