Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Global Wholesale team at Travelex Foreign Coin Services Limited.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business analysis to the Global Bliss Wholesale change program and pipeline. This will involve gathering business requirements, delivering functional specifications, conducting feasibility studies, producing designs, models, and supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document business requirements for change initiatives
  • Validate requirements pre-project
  • Translate requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Analyse and document process/workflows and results of business analysis
  • Work with Project Manager and Owners to join up requirements and delivery plans
  • Comply with policy, audit and legal requirements
  • Contribute to the transformation of Wholesale into a single global application
Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply solid commercial judgment
  • Ability to analyse issues, develop solutions and influence key decisions
  • Strong relationship building/development skills
  • Strong business analysis/business delivery skills
