Service Desk Analyst - SC Cleared

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Global Technology Solutions Ltd. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd line support or resolver groups
  • Monitor and progress incidents to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep up to date with current standard procedures and best practices
  • Proactively maintain and develop knowledge, skills, and experience through client contact, industry sources, and formalized training
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills, including Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and ITIL
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Vanti, ServiceNow, O365 administration, AD, Comptia A+, ITIL, MCSA, Citrix, MFA, and Customer Service
