We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Global Technology Solutions Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support for IT service desk queries
- Work on a ticketed IT service desk in a level 1 role
- Shifts paid hours: 20:00 to 08:00, 4 nights on and 4 nights off
- Hourly pay: £16.30
- 3 month contract with potential extension
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working on a ticketed IT service desk in a level 1 role
- Located within 50 minutes drive from Peterborough
