Role Overview:

We are in search of a proactive individual to become part of our Operations team as a Business Change Analyst. This position involves identifying and implementing change initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiencies, enhancing customer satisfaction, and reducing complaints. The ideal candidate will evaluate business needs, analyze the impact of changes, explore various options, and propose solutions to ensure successful business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements for change through stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyze existing business processes to create As-Is process models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate change impacts and develop To-Be process models.
  • Employ analytical techniques to assess and validate business solution alternatives.
  • Interpret legislative and regulatory updates to determine their effects on business processes and systems.
  • Contribute to impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses to guide decision-making.
  • Assist in business acceptance testing and address inquiries and issues from the Testing team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging with stakeholders both individually and in groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail, adept fact-finding skills, and the ability to make evaluative judgments based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Understanding of financial implications and potential impacts of requirements and solution options.
  • General awareness of the Financial Services sector and its regulatory landscape.
  • A systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
