Role Overview:

We are in search of a proactive individual to become part of our Operations division as a Business Process Improvement Analyst. This position involves pinpointing and spearheading change initiatives to improve operational efficiencies, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce complaints. The ideal candidate will evaluate business needs, gauge the impacts of changes, investigate alternatives, and propose solutions to ensure successful business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements for change through stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyze existing business operations to create As-Is process models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate change impacts and develop To-Be process models.
  • Employ analytical techniques to assess and validate business solution alternatives.
  • Interpret legislative and regulatory modifications to determine their effects on business processes and systems.
  • Contribute to impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses to guide decision-making.
  • Assist in business acceptance testing activities and address inquiries and issues from the Testing team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and confidence in engaging with stakeholders both individually and in groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Keen attention to detail, effective fact-finding capabilities, and the ability to make evaluative judgments based on both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Understanding of financial implications and potential impacts of requirements and solution alternatives.
  • Broad knowledge of the Financial Services sector and its regulatory landscape.
  • A systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
