Job Description

**Role:** Data Insights Manager (SQL)

**Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000

**Location:** Onsite

A leading retail fashion brand, part of The ONE Group Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to drive forward the company's data strategy. With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, this role will be well suited to individuals with experience in creating data pipelines, using ETL tools, testing data, and writing queries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain data warehouses to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Lead a team in building out reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract and analyze complex data sets
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
  • Oversee the transition to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ensure seamless data capture
  • Develop a customer insight reporting suite to support marketing strategies

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL query writing and data transformation
  • Ability to work with large and complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Proven leadership experience in building and managing teams
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and SA360 is an advantage
