Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements for change through discussions with stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing business operations to create current process models.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to evaluate change impacts and develop future process models.
  • Apply analytical techniques to assess and validate business solution alternatives.
  • Interpret legislative and regulatory updates to determine their effects on business processes and systems.
  • Contribute to impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses to guide decision-making.
  • Assist in business acceptance testing and address inquiries from the Test team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and confidence in engaging with stakeholders both individually and in groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Attention to detail, effective fact-finding skills, and the ability to make evaluative judgments based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Understanding of financial implications and potential impacts of requirements and solution options.
  • General awareness of the Financial Services sector and its regulatory landscape.
  • A methodical, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
