Drive Business Growth as a National Sales Manager

Base salary of £50k + commission + car allowance £90k OTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and solidify the company's presence
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in commercial operations
  • Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relationships during the sales pursuit
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to convert new clients
  • Provide monthly reports of sales pipeline and success
  • Share sales leads and provide visibility to operational stakeholders
  • Collaborate with local branches and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Lead negotiations with key clients and partners
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a national sales management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Ability to collaborate with other stakeholders in the business to meet overall business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Willing to travel frequently
