Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to become a vital part of our Commercial Team.

Location

This role is primarily based in Southampton, with opportunities for travel to various business locations and potential visits for new business development and relationship management.

Working Schedule

The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business prospects and fostering growth across the company's operations. This will involve:

  • Conducting market analysis to uncover new commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Team to provide strategic insights to the Board regarding development prospects.
Qualifications

We prefer candidates with prior experience in commercial consulting within sectors such as cruise, freight, logistics, and automotive.

Essential Skills
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret data to identify opportunities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade regulations and shipping processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to pursue commercial leads and maintain strong ties with existing clients.
