About the Role
The Business Development Manager at Gaia Labs will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the region. This role will involve formulating and executing business plans, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners, and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand Gaia Labs' presence in the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal partners and external partners such as retailers, resellers, and carriers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases and proposals to secure buy-in from stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial deal development and sales execution.
- Deep understanding of the retailer, reseller, and wireless channels in the region.
- High comfort in dealing with C-level executives and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a passion for developing and growing multi-million dollar business programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance services, warranty business, or finished goods IT/consumer electronics business.
- Proven effective relationship builder within a matrix environment at regional, local, and global levels.
