About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Growth Specialist to join our team at A Plus Clean. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Engage with company-provided leads and self-source new opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor from inquiry through to survey and quote completion.
  • Sales & Quoting: Conduct on-site surveys, prepare accurate quotes for exterior cleaning services, and work closely with the office team to maximize inbound inquiries.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in the commercial sector, by networking with estate agents, property managers, and small businesses.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and the technician team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in B2C environments with a high conversion rate.
  • Experience in estimating, surveying, or pricing projects.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A full UK Driving Licence with minimal points.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
