About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at Hospitality Staffing UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the hotel team to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events
  • Support the hotel General Manager in ensuring effective data capture and database management processes are in place

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales management in a hotel or hospitality venue
  • Strong commercial outlook and sales and revenue-driven approach
  • Excellent sales, customer care, account management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a driven and determined approach to achieving results
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and engage effectively at all levels
  • Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems preferred, although training will be given
