Job Summary

Pareto is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating a dedicated sales territory and delivering products to a range of users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a dedicated sales territory and deliver products to a range of users, ensuring strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Promote the company's proposition with self-generated new clients, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage accounts to guarantee future business with existing clients, ensuring the company remains front of mind and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Upsell additional products to clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Represent the company with consummate professionalism, embodying the values of Pareto and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Ideally educated to degree level, with a strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.
  • Full UK Driving Licence, with a clean driving record and a commitment to safe and responsible driving practices.
  • Disciplined, with integrity, and a strong work ethic, with a proven track record of delivering results in a sales environment.
