Key Responsibilities- Develop a customer base and increase sales through proactive business development and account management.
- Promote company products within the marine, hotel, and water industries, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proactively develop the sales function in the company at all levels, creating and updating new leads databases and providing detailed sales reports weekly.
- Support company promotions such as advertising, brochures, videos, and trade shows, demonstrating a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the current state of water and wastewater markets and up-and-coming opportunities.
- A technical background and at least 3 years' experience in selling wastewater solutions or wastewater products industries.
- A proven record of sales growth and success, with a strong understanding of the water and wastewater routes to market.
- Experience selling into water companies and industrial markets, with a forward-thinking approach to promoting business growth.
- Higher-level qualifications in business administration and/or engineering (Chemistry, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, Environmental).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Experience working within ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and 18001 standards, with advanced MS Office skills.
