About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Growth Account Manager to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically drive increased sales within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
  • Work closely with the customer service, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings

Requirements:

  • Able to attend our office twice a week
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working in sales
  • Passionate about solving business problems and using technology effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Active and experienced on social media with knowledge about how to best use the tool for networking
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
  • Attention to detail, proactive in capturing and recording customer info
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ideal experience with CRM or business systems preferably within the SaaS or cloud services industry

You will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships. You will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the cloud services industry.
