Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically drive increased sales within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
- Work closely with the customer service, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor and report on key account metrics
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings
Requirements:
- Able to attend our office twice a week
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working in sales
- Passionate about solving business problems and using technology effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Active and experienced on social media with knowledge about how to best use the tool for networking
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships
- Attention to detail, proactive in capturing and recording customer info
- Good presentation skills
- Ideal experience with CRM or business systems preferably within the SaaS or cloud services industry

You will be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships. You will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the cloud services industry.
