Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to lead our commercial business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and solidify our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders and clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a national sales management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
