Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to lead our commercial business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and solidify our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships through effective sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with local branches and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Lead negotiations with key clients and partners to drive business growth and revenue
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a national sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently
