About the Company: Our client is a premium manufacturer and distributor of Electrical Engineering materials, with a turnover in excess of £7.5 million. They're entering an exciting new phase of growth, and as part of that growth are looking for a Graduate to come in as a Business Development Executive.
About the Role: As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with clients. You will clearly present the company offering, service, values, products and projects to prospects and inspire them to partner with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Accurately navigate the company's CRM, Hubspot, when managing leads and tracking interactions
- Liaise closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on outbound strategy and lead generation
- Plan and execute sales campaigns effectively to acquire new clients
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Proficiency in navigating CRMs, hubspot would be ideal
- Inquisitive, goal-oriented, with an innovative approach and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Capable working independently and proactively
- Resilient and highly organized
