Children Support Assistant

UKCIL Ltd is seeking a dedicated individual to support a family in Norwich.
As a Children Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of a disabled mother and her two children, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and safety.
- Assist with morning routines, including preparing breakfast and packed lunches for the 9-year-old son.
- Support both children with activities and educational development.
- Provide personal care, including showering and hair washing.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A comfortable rapport with children and teenagers.
- An understanding or experience working with Autism.
- Confidence around dogs.
- Patient and empathetic listening skills.
- Reliability and flexibility.
- An outgoing personality and ability to use initiative.
- A full UK driving licence and own car for work purposes.
Salary: £13.75 per hour
Working hours: Up to 12 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-10am and Sunday 4pm-6pm.
Benefits: Free training can be provided to employed staff, and an annual holiday entitlement equivalent to 5.6 consecutive weeks.
