Support Staff for SEN Children

We are seeking a skilled and caring Teaching Assistant to join our SEN department. In this rewarding role, you will play a crucial part in providing support to children with special needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Tasks:
- Assist teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to individual needs
- Offer one-on-one support to students with autism, ADHD, or other learning disabilities
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain a well-organized classroom setting
- Support students during activities, ensuring their engagement and active participation
- Help students with daily tasks, promoting their independence and confidence
- Monitor student behavior and take proactive steps to maintain a positive learning environment
- Regularly communicate with parents or guardians on student progress
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £80-£90 per day, dependent on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
