As an SEN Teacher with Inspire EHC Ltd, you will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality education to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements.

About the Role

  • In this SEN Teacher position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored educational plans that meet the unique needs of each student, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will have QTS or QTLS, experience teaching pupils with SEN, and strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to rural locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects, using a variety of teaching approaches to engage students and promote learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective classroom practices, ensuring all students have access to the resources they need to succeed.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants, helping them to build confidence and expertise in working with SEN students.
  • Contribute to the development of whole-school policies and procedures, ensuring that they align with the needs of students with SEN and SEMH.
