Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, implementing HR systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Manage HR processes, including Recruitment and Onboarding activities.
- Implement HR systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including GDPR.
- Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
The salary for this role is £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, healthcare insurance, 5% pension and EAP. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home one day per week.
