Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project administration or secretarial roles, ideally in an engineering, construction, or oil and gas environment.

This role involves managing correspondence, drafting letters, and coordinating meetings.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing international travel, complex itineraries, and necessary documentation.

The Administrative Professional will work closely with our clients to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication Management: Managing correspondence and drafting letters.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organizing international travel and complex itineraries.
  • Office Administration: Managing office supplies and completing administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in project administration or secretarial roles, ideally in an engineering, construction, or oil and gas environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus additional benefits and perks.
